Game Art: Bill Combover Hinkley

As a Lawman, Bill projects the stern demeanor of authority and I love how this was captured. He has this piercing stare, with these bright, blue eyes, that makes you wonder if he knows what you are thinking. And he gives off a dignified and genteel presence that is harshly offset by the dirty, and unrefined wilds of The West. A perfect representation of this character and his in-game ability.

Ability: Before a Shootout, select one card from your hand. If he dies, this is the card the Outlaw must take.
